The Hotel Cosmea is located in Setilstraße 1, in Ortisei. You can find more detailed information for your journey here.

Check-in & Check-out: 
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2:30 PM. If plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.

Single room supplement:
The double rooms can be booked for single use on request. We charge a surcharge for this, depending on the period.

Breakfast: 
Breakfast is served from 7:20 AM to 10:30 AM.

Bar: 
The bar is open from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Bistrot: 
Our Bistrot COSMO offers a wide selection of à la carte dishes from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Half-board can be booked upon request for an additional fee of €38 per day.

Wellness:
The hot tub and steam bath are accessible from 10:00 AM, while the finnish sauna is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The gym is open 24/7.

WIFI:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Parking: 
Free outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. You can reserve a spot in our garage for 10,00 € per day.

Electric Car Charging Station:
Take advantage of our on-site electric car charging station to conveniently charge your vehicle.

Accessibility:
Our hotel is equipped with an elevator, and all public areas are accessible. For more detailed information, we are at your disposal.

Pets: 
Although we love all animals, they are not allowed in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding

Valid in parents' room (with 2 full-paying adults on the same package):

• Children from 0 to 0.99 years sleep free of charge
• Children from 1 to 1.99 pay € 25.00
• Children from 2 to 3.99 pay € 40.00
• Children from 4 to 7.99 years 50% discount
• Children from 8 to 12.99 years 30% discount
• Teenagers from 13 years 20 % discount

Non-smoking: 
The entire hotel is a non-smoking area.
Smoking is permitted on the balconies and in the outdoor areas, where smoking corners and heating lamps are provided.

Pricing Information: 
The indicated prices are per night and per person, with breakfast included.

Tourist Tax: 
A tourist tax of €3.90 per person per day (excluding children under 14 years old) is not included in the total price of the stay and must be paid on-site.

Travel Cancellation Insurance: 
If your plans change and you wish to cancel your stay, you can take out travel cancellation insurance during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancellations of rooms are only valid in writing.

• More than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value.
• In the week before arrival: 90% of the booking value.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Deposit:
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total offer, to be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or the provided link.

Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. 

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
